Vaishali was amazing! I needed my eyebrows threaded and face waxed on short notice, and she fit me in and did a fantastic job. Quick, precise, and gentle. My brows look perfect and my skin felt smooth with no irritation. Highly recommend her, and I'll definitely be back!
Today my wife and I went to the salon. I had to get my hair cut and my hair dyed. My wife also had to get her hair cut and dyed. Vaishali cut our hair and dyed it. What a great style she gave to both of us. She gave us both a great haircut. When we went to the party tonight, everyone was praising us both. She is a very professional girl and she really has talent.
I am genuinely so sad about my eyebrows. I've been here a lot and a couple of times it was a little miss but I could live with it, others it was good. But this was a big miss. I have had so many bad experiences with my eyebrows and when someone cuts too much it never grows back for me. So I show a picture of my own eyebrows done every appointment now and say this is what I want. I make the disclaimer I do not want too much off do not cut too much please I want them as thick as possible. I have been going here about a year so I felt it was time to stop showing the picture asked if she remembered me and how I like my eyebrows and gave the disclaimer. She said yes and okay. She went a lot quicker than usual and it looked nothing like how I want it. So I told her and of course showed he photo. She said she will do it again I asked her if she is sure because if it is too late I do not want them touched because I do not want too much off. She said for me to lay down did this fast too. When I look at my eyebrows so much is taken off. It's uneven in multiple ways. It looks like I'm raising one of my eyebrows or sitting at an angle. She made one of them so thin and then big at the end. Now I'm worried that this won't grow back and I'm now stuck with my eyebrows looking like this. I was obviously upset and she didn't seem the least bit concerned. Now I have to find a new place to go.
Very Disappointing Microblading Experience I visited this salon last year to have my eyebrows microbladed, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I went in expecting a professional service and trusted them with something as important and visible as my eyebrows, but the final result was not what I was promised or what I expected from a professional brow service. The shape and overall appearance of my eyebrows were not done properly, and I was very unhappy with the way they looked after the procedure. Microblading is something that stays on your face for a long time, so I believe it requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of care during my appointment. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I trusted the salon and expected them to understand eyebrow shape, symmetry, and what would suit my face before starting the procedure. Instead, I was left feeling that the work was rushed and that my concerns about the result were not taken seriously enough. I understand that cosmetic procedures can have different results for different people, but in my case, I was genuinely unhappy with the outcome and felt that the service did not meet the professional standard I expected. It was especially upsetting because this was not a temporary service that could simply be washed off or easily corrected. I am sharing this review because I wish I had been more careful and had looked into other experiences before making my appointment. If you are considering microblading here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research, looking at healed results rather than just fresh photos, and making sure you are completely comfortable with the technician's experience and technique before proceeding. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for me, and unfortunately I would not personally recommend this salon for microblading based on my experience.Thank you for your response. However, I feel that my experience was much more serious than simply being dissatisfied with the shape or precision of my eyebrows. I believe I should have filed a complaint because I have been advised by several people to do so, due to concerns about the hygiene of the procedure and/or the products that were used. My eyes were severely swollen for an entire month after the procedure, and I had to seek medical attention and go to the hospital because of the reaction. Since then, I have had three laser removal sessions to try to remove the microblading. Each session has cost me $400, and I still need additional sessions because the pigment has not been completely removed. These medical and laser removal expenses are not costs that I should have to bear. I should not be financially responsible for correcting the damage caused by a procedure performed by your technician. I would like you to take responsibility for what happened and discuss how you intend to compensate me for the medical expenses and the costs of the laser removal treatments.
My mom was telling me to come here for her hair cut from a while ago but now I Drive her 2 hours from my house for her hair cut and we all can say that the trip was worth it. The hair cut was great and it was looking gorgeous. The lady has a great knowledge of hair, my mom wanted something else but she suggested to do step with layer which would look best on her face and she did that which she was absolutely correct. I am going to come back forever here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
